Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Cloud Support Specialist to assist in managing cloud systems and supporting infrastructure operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot cloud-related issues, monitor system performance, and help maintain scalable environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for cloud infrastructure and services
Monitor system performance and resource utilization
Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and incidents
Assist in deployment and configuration of cloud services
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of cloud processes and workflows
Support automation and infrastructure tasks
Ensure compliance with cloud security and operational standards
Assist in backup and disaster recovery processes
Optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cloud support, IT operations, or DevOps roles
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with operating systems and networking concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services (EC2, S3, Azure VMs)
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
