Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Access Control Analyst to support identity and access management (IAM) processes. In this role, you will manage user access, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with access control standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user access and permissions across systems
Provision and de-provision user accounts
Monitor access controls and ensure compliance
Conduct access reviews and audits
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Maintain documentation of access control processes
Identify and resolve access-related issues
Support identity and access management systems
Ensure adherence to security policies and standards
Assist in improving access control procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT security, access control, or IAM roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Knowledge of user provisioning and authentication processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD)
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as Security+ or IAM certifications
