Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Utilization Analyst to monitor and evaluate network usage. In this role, you will analyze traffic patterns, optimize bandwidth, and ensure efficient network performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze network utilization and bandwidth usage
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Track network traffic patterns and usage trends
Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams
Maintain documentation of utilization analysis
Support troubleshooting of network performance issues
Ensure compliance with IT performance standards
Track metrics and generate utilization reports
Assist in capacity planning and forecasting
Improve network efficiency and optimization workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network monitoring, performance analysis, or IT roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with network monitoring tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or NetFlow analyzers
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of network optimization techniques
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
