Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Documentation Support Coordinator to assist in managing patient records and documentation workflows. In this role, you will ensure accurate data entry, support compliance efforts, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve documentation quality.

Key Responsibilities

Support clinical documentation and record management
Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records
Assist in maintaining electronic health records (EHR)
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams
Maintain documentation reports and logs
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical documentation or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation processes
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or clinical documentation roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)

Strong analytical and coordination skills
