Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Research Enrollment Coordinator to manage patient enrollment for clinical trials. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment, ensure compliance, and support research teams in executing studies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate patient recruitment and enrollment for clinical studies
Screen participants for eligibility criteria
Maintain accurate research documentation and records
Collaborate with investigators and research teams
Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and regulations
Educate participants about study procedures and requirements
Track enrollment progress and generate reports
Manage communication between patients and research staff
Support study audits and data verification
Improve enrollment workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
1–3 years of experience in clinical research, enrollment, or healthcare coordination roles
Basic understanding of clinical trials and research protocols
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and compliance awareness
Ability to work in structured research environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in clinical research organizations or hospitals
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, IRB)
Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
Certification in clinical research (preferred)
