Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Support Analyst to join our partner organization in St. Paul, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will monitor IT systems, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to ensure high availability
Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures
Collaborate with IT teams to implement operational improvements
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT operations or support roles
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
Familiarity with networking concepts and IT security best practices
Experience with ticketing systems and monitoring tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with automation or scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
