Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Technical Support Analyst to join our partner organization in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with maintaining IT systems and services. This position is ideal for early-career professionals interested in IT support, systems administration, and technology troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, incidents, and service requests
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, applications, and peripheral devices
Assist in monitoring IT systems, network performance, and security measures
Document support activities, resolutions, and technical procedures
Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting (internships/projects count)
Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and operating systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile device management
Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud services, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional
Ability to support IT process improvement and documentation
