Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Software Deployment Coordinator to support deployment activities and release coordination. In this role, you will assist in managing deployment schedules, tracking releases, and ensuring successful software rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating software deployments
Track deployment schedules and release timelines
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
Monitor deployment activities and resolve issues
Maintain deployment documentation and logs
Support CI/CD pipeline processes
Ensure compliance with deployment standards and procedures
Track deployment metrics and performance
Assist in environment preparation for deployments
Support continuous improvement of deployment workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in deployment coordination, IT support, or software roles
Basic understanding of deployment and release processes
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems
Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of DevOps practices
Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
