Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Cloud Systems Support Engineer to assist in managing cloud environments and supporting infrastructure operations. In this role, you will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain scalable and secure cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cloud infrastructure and system health
Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and incidents
Assist in deploying and configuring cloud services
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of systems and processes
Support automation and infrastructure tasks
Ensure compliance with cloud security standards
Assist in backup and disaster recovery activities
Track system performance metrics
Optimize resource usage and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–1 years of experience in cloud support, IT operations, or related roles
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with networking and operating systems
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud services (EC2, S3, Azure VMs)
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
Basic knowledge of Docker or containerization
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to infrastructure as code tools
