Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Software Toolkit Developer to design and build internal development tools. In this role, you will create utilities, improve workflows, and support engineering teams with efficient toolsets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal software tools and utilities
Assist in designing toolkits to improve developer productivity
Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams
Troubleshoot and resolve tool-related issues
Maintain documentation of tools and workflows
Support automation and integration of development tools
Ensure code quality and performance optimization
Track tool usage and performance metrics
Assist in improving development workflows
Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in software development or IT roles
Strong knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
Basic understanding of APIs and system integration
Familiarity with development tools and workflows
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
Basic knowledge of scripting and automation
Understanding of software architecture concepts
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
