Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation Therapy Nurse (RN) to support patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. In this role, you will assist in therapy programs, monitor patient progress, and contribute to overall rehabilitation success.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care in rehabilitation settings
Assist in implementing therapy and recovery plans
Monitor patient progress and report changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with therapists and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on recovery processes
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Support mobility and therapy activities
Maintain a safe and supportive care environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in rehabilitation or clinical nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Indiana
Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in rehabilitation centers or long-term care facilities
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong patient monitoring and coordination skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
