Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Cloud Resource Engineer to support cloud resource management and optimization. In this role, you will assist in provisioning resources, monitoring usage, and ensuring efficient cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provision and manage cloud resources and services
Monitor resource utilization and optimize performance
Assist in implementing infrastructure as code (IaC)
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams
Maintain documentation of cloud configurations
Ensure compliance with cloud security standards
Troubleshoot resource and configuration issues
Track usage metrics and cost optimization
Support automation of cloud operations
Improve cloud resource management workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or IT infrastructure roles
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of cloud resource management concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools
