Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Access Review Analyst to conduct access reviews and ensure proper permission management. In this role, you will audit user access, identify risks, and support identity governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct periodic access reviews across systems
Verify user permissions and identify inconsistencies
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Maintain documentation of access review processes
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Analyze access logs and identify anomalies
Support identity and access management (IAM) systems
Track audit metrics and generate reports
Assist in remediation of access-related issues
Improve access review workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in access management, auditing, or IT security roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Knowledge of authentication and authorization processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint)
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
