Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to provide acute care support for pediatric patients. In this role, you will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and ensure high-quality clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to pediatric acute care patients
Monitor vital signs and patient conditions closely
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assess patient progress and report any changes
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with pediatricians and healthcare teams
Educate families on care and recovery procedures
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies
Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in pediatric or clinical nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Florida
Strong knowledge of pediatric acute care practices
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in high-acuity environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pediatric acute care units or hospital settings
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong patient monitoring and assessment skills
