Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support endpoint threat monitoring and security operations. In this role, you will analyze alerts, identify risks, and help protect systems from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor endpoint security alerts and threat indicators
Analyze potential vulnerabilities and security risks
Investigate incidents and escalate when necessary
Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams
Maintain documentation of threat monitoring processes
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Support endpoint security tools and reporting systems
Track threat metrics and generate reports
Assist in incident response and remediation
Improve threat monitoring workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, or IT roles
Basic understanding of threat detection and security monitoring
Familiarity with endpoint protection tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like CrowdStrike, Defender, or SentinelOne
Familiarity with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
Basic knowledge of network security
Understanding of vulnerability management
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CEH, or similar
