Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support medical inventory reconciliation and auditing. In this role, you will verify stock records, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile medical inventory records and stock levels
Audit inventory transactions for accuracy and compliance
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain audit documentation and reporting
Collaborate with supply chain and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with inventory and safety standards
Track reconciliation metrics and generate reports
Support inventory control and monitoring processes
Assist in improving reconciliation workflows
Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in inventory auditing, reconciliation, or healthcare logistics roles
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
Basic understanding of inventory management processes
Good problem-solving and communication abilities
Ability to work with data and reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare supply chain or inventory roles
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Knowledge of medical supply handling and compliance
Understanding of reconciliation and audit processes
Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
