Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Incident Support Analyst to support incident management and network operations. In this role, you will monitor network alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network systems and analyze incident alerts
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents
Coordinate incident response and escalation processes
Maintain incident logs and documentation
Collaborate with IT and network teams
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Track incident trends and generate reports
Support network performance monitoring
Assist in improving incident management processes
Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network support, incident management, or IT operations roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of ITIL incident management processes
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
