Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Field Services Engineer to provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth IT operations. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, install systems, and support end-users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Troubleshoot network, system, and user issues
Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with IT teams for issue resolution
Maintain documentation of service activities
Support end-users and provide technical guidance
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Monitor system performance and reliability
Support asset management and inventory tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support, field services, or infrastructure roles
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking basics
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux)
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ticketing systems and service management tools
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting or automation
Understanding of ITIL processes
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar
