Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Performance Monitoring Analyst to oversee system performance and ensure reliability. In this role, you will analyze performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor system performance and analyze metrics
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Troubleshoot system and application issues
Maintain monitoring tools and configurations
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
Track performance trends and generate reports
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes
Support incident management and resolution
Optimize system performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in system monitoring, performance analysis, or IT operations roles
Basic understanding of monitoring tools and performance metrics
Familiarity with operating systems and infrastructure concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, Dynatrace)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of performance tuning and optimization
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA
