Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support clinical intake records auditing and quality assurance. In this role, you will review patient documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Audit clinical intake records for accuracy and completeness
Verify patient information and supporting documentation
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain audit logs and compliance reports
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Support quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Track audit metrics and generate reports
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Improve audit workflows and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in documentation auditing, intake processes, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation standards
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in structured environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare audit or compliance roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
