Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support clinical intake records coordination. In this role, you will manage patient documentation, verify information, and ensure smooth intake processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate clinical intake records and documentation
Verify patient information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR)
Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections
Collaborate with healthcare and administrative teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards
Maintain logs and reporting of intake activities
Support patient onboarding and coordination
Ensure confidentiality of patient information
Improve intake coordination workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical intake, records coordination, or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation processes
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in hospital or clinic intake roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
Understanding of medical documentation standards
Strong coordination and data management skills
