Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Trials Data Specialist to support data collection and management for clinical research studies. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, maintain trial documentation, and support regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and manage clinical trial data
Ensure accuracy and integrity of research data
Maintain clinical trial documentation and records
Support data entry and database management
Identify discrepancies and resolve data issues
Collaborate with research teams and investigators
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
Assist in generating reports and study summaries
Maintain confidentiality of patient and research data
Support audit and quality control processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
1–3 years of experience in clinical research or data management roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Basic understanding of clinical trials and research protocols
Proficiency in data management tools and Microsoft Excel
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with clinical data management systems (CDMS)
Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, GCP)
Knowledge of clinical trial phases and processes
Exposure to statistical or data analysis tools
Understanding of healthcare compliance practices
