Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant to support therapists in delivering effective rehabilitation care. In this role, you will assist patients with exercises, monitor progress, and help improve mobility and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist therapists during rehabilitation sessions
Support patients with exercises and therapy activities
Monitor patient progress and report observations
Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and areas
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions
Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care
Ensure compliance with safety and rehabilitation protocols
Assist in scheduling and patient coordination
Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
Support overall rehabilitation operations

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Rehabilitation, or related field
0–2 years of experience in rehabilitation or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of therapy practices
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in rehabilitation centers or therapy clinics
Familiarity with therapy equipment and techniques
Knowledge of patient mobility and exercise programs
Understanding of healthcare compliance and safety standards
Certification in therapy assistance (preferred)
