Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and attentive Cardiac Telemetry Technician to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms. In this role, you will observe telemetry data, identify abnormalities, and support timely clinical interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor cardiac telemetry and rhythm data
Identify abnormal heart rhythms and report findings
Maintain accurate patient monitoring records
Collaborate with cardiology and healthcare teams
Ensure proper functioning of telemetry equipment
Respond to alerts and escalate critical situations
Maintain documentation of monitoring activities
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
Support patient safety and care
Assist in improving monitoring workflows
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cardiology, Healthcare, or related field
0–2 years of experience in cardiac monitoring or healthcare support roles
Basic knowledge of ECG and cardiac rhythm interpretation
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a clinical monitoring environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring units
Familiarity with ECG equipment and monitoring systems
Knowledge of cardiovascular conditions and rhythms
Certification in cardiac monitoring (preferred)
Understanding of patient safety protocols
