Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Trial Coordination Assistant to support clinical research activities. In this role, you will assist in coordinating trials, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with research protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating clinical trial activities and schedules
Maintain accurate research documentation and records
Support patient recruitment and screening processes
Collaborate with investigators and research teams
Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and regulations
Track study progress and generate reports
Assist in data collection and verification
Manage communication between patients and research staff
Support audits and quality checks
Improve trial coordination workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical research, coordination, or healthcare roles
Basic understanding of clinical trials and research processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and compliance awareness
Ability to work in structured environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical research organizations or hospitals
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, IRB)
Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
Certification in clinical research (preferred)
