Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support clinical trial data entry and coordination activities. In this role, you will manage research data, ensure accuracy, and assist in maintaining compliance with study protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and manage clinical trial data accurately
Verify data for completeness and consistency
Maintain research documentation and records
Collaborate with investigators and research teams
Ensure compliance with clinical research protocols and regulations
Track study progress and generate reports
Assist in data validation and quality checks
Manage communication between research staff
Support audits and compliance reviews
Improve data entry workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical research, data entry, or healthcare roles
Basic understanding of clinical trials and research processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work in structured environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical research organizations or hospitals
Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, IRB)
Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
Certification in clinical research (preferred)
