Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support oncology case coordination and patient services. In this role, you will manage patient care workflows, coordinate treatments, and ensure a smooth care experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate oncology patient cases and treatment schedules
Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist in treatment planning and follow-up coordination
Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards
Provide support and guidance to patients and families
Track patient progress and service delivery
Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
Manage communication across departments
Improve case coordination workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in oncology support, case coordination, or healthcare roles
Basic understanding of cancer care and treatment processes
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and patient support abilities
Ability to work in emotionally sensitive environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in oncology clinics or cancer care centers
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of chemotherapy and radiation therapy processes
Understanding of insurance and authorization workflows
Certification in healthcare coordination or oncology support (preferred)
