Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Operations Analyst to provide technical support and ensure efficient resolution of IT issues. In this role, you will handle service requests, troubleshoot problems, and support end-users to maintain productivity and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Log, track, and resolve service requests and incidents
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Support user account management and access issues
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
Ensure adherence to IT service management (ITSM) processes
Assist in system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
Deliver excellent customer service and user support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support roles
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent
Experience with remote support tools
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
