Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Monitoring and Alerts Analyst to support system monitoring and incident detection. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking system alerts, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring timely response to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure alerts
Analyze alerts and identify potential system issues
Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary
Maintain monitoring tools and alert configurations
Track system performance and generate reports
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues
Ensure timely incident response and resolution
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes
Identify patterns and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT monitoring, operations, or support roles
Strong understanding of monitoring tools and alert systems
Basic knowledge of networking and system infrastructure
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Datadog)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell)
Understanding of incident management processes
Exposure to DevOps and system automation
