Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Security Compliance Analyst to support compliance and governance initiatives. In this role, you will ensure systems meet regulatory requirements, conduct audits, and help maintain strong security practices.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
Conduct security audits and risk assessments
Monitor systems for compliance gaps and vulnerabilities
Maintain compliance documentation and audit records
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Support implementation of security frameworks and controls
Track compliance metrics and generate reports
Assist in risk mitigation and remediation efforts
Ensure adherence to data protection and privacy standards
Support continuous improvement of compliance processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management roles
Basic understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Knowledge of risk assessment and audit processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with compliance tools and audit systems
Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of vulnerability management
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
Knowledge of regulatory standards and governance practices
