Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Monitoring Analyst to support network operations and system monitoring. In this role, you will analyze alerts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and analyze alerts
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents
Maintain monitoring tools and system configurations
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Collaborate with IT and network teams
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes
Identify patterns and recommend improvements
Support network optimization initiatives
Ensure continuous monitoring of infrastructure systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network monitoring, IT operations, or support roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and alert systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of incident management processes
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
