Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Telemetry Care Nurse (RN) to monitor and care for patients with cardiac conditions. In this role, you will track vital signs, analyze telemetry data, and ensure timely medical interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment
Assess patient conditions and respond to changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on cardiac care
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Respond to cardiac emergencies promptly
Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
Support overall patient care and recovery processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
2–4 years of experience in telemetry or cardiac care roles
Valid RN license to practice in Oregon
Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry systems
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work in fast-paced healthcare environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in cardiac units or ICU settings
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong critical thinking and patient monitoring skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
