Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and support clinical operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Educate patients and families on health management
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely care
Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
Support patient recovery and care processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in clinical or hospital settings
Valid RN license to practice in Iowa
Strong knowledge of patient care and clinical procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in specialized units (ICU, ER, or Med-Surg)
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Certifications such as BLS or ACLS
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
