Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Configuration Coordinator to support system configuration and environment management. In this role, you will manage system settings, coordinate configuration changes, and ensure stability across IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage system configurations and environment settings
Coordinate configuration changes and updates
Monitor system performance and ensure stability
Maintain configuration documentation and records
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams
Troubleshoot configuration-related issues
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Support system deployment and integration processes
Track configuration changes and version control
Assist in improving configuration management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in system configuration, IT support, or operations roles
Basic understanding of system configuration and environment management
Familiarity with operating systems and infrastructure concepts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with configuration management tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python)
Understanding of version control systems (Git)
Exposure to DevOps practices
