Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Research Operations Assistant to support clinical trial activities and research coordination. In this role, you will assist in study operations, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with research protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day clinical research operations
Assist in study coordination and scheduling
Maintain accurate research documentation and records
Ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and regulations
Assist in data collection and entry
Coordinate with investigators and research teams
Track study progress and timelines
Support patient recruitment and follow-ups
Maintain confidentiality of patient and research data
Assist in audit and quality assurance processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical research or healthcare support roles
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Basic understanding of clinical trials and research processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in clinical research coordination roles
Familiarity with regulatory standards (FDA, GCP)
Knowledge of clinical trial phases and documentation
Exposure to research databases and tools
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
