Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Patient Care Documentation Coordinator to support clinical documentation processes and patient record management. In this role, you will ensure accurate documentation, coordinate records, and support healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update patient care documentation
Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical records
Assist in managing electronic health records (EHR)
Coordinate with healthcare providers for documentation updates
Identify discrepancies and ensure corrections
Support compliance with healthcare documentation standards
Maintain documentation logs and reports
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information
Assist in audits and quality assurance processes
Support overall documentation workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
0–2 years of experience in clinical documentation or healthcare support roles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of healthcare documentation processes
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or clinical documentation roles
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
Understanding of documentation audits and quality processes
Strong analytical and coordination skills
