Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Cardiac Care Unit Nurse (RN) to provide specialized care for patients with heart-related conditions. In this role, you will monitor cardiac health, administer treatments, and support recovery in a critical care environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor cardiac patients using advanced equipment
Assess patient conditions and respond to changes
Administer medications and cardiac treatments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on cardiac care
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols
Respond to cardiac emergencies promptly
Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
Support patient recovery and rehabilitation processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
2–4 years of experience in cardiac care, ICU, or critical care roles
Valid RN license to practice in Washington
Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and treatment procedures
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work in high-pressure healthcare environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cardiac care units or ICU settings
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong critical thinking and patient monitoring skills
